Senhora Dona is located in the one that, in the agricultural past, was the larmier of the Estate. A sunny place, it was here that the corn was dried, and the tools and seasonal crops kept.

Keeping with the tradition of the space, the kitchen reflects the flavours and wisdom of other times, and the most authentic foods these lands have to offer are brought to the table. The meat is maronesa, the olive oil is from Trás os Montes, the mushrooms are from these oak trees, and the vegetables are from the vegetable garden.
