Vinho verde from Pousadela, fresh, aromatic, and fruity, is born from perfect alchemy. Arinto and Azal grapes grow along old vines surrounded by oak trees and cork oaks, and the mountain terrain, abundant water, and arid summer sun make this a one-of- a- kind wine.

From a tasting upon arrival, a visit to the wine cellar, or a chat with Zé who, on or off a tractor, sometimes stops to talk, the Pousadela vinho verde leaves its mark.

Produced with an exceptional grape variety from the vinho verde region and sub region.

Crystal clear, powerful, slightly acidic, citric, but of a rich elegance and with potential for the table.

Indian or Middle Eastern cuisine would be a beautiful pairing.

Pair with a fish or prawn curry, and boiled rice.

Gold colour. Complex aroma with almond notes and ripe fruit. Harmonious, silky, full of character and with a long finish.

10ºC | 12ºC

Peculiar and full, it is wine with an earthy character, a noble example of terroir, full and sturdy, a slight sting with citrus notes, perfumed and reminding one of hot summer days, where the table asks for heat.

Straw-yellow, floral notes and ripe fruit on the nose, good raw material, wine cellar and the art of winemaking. Long finish.

This wine pairs very well with grilled asparagus and cured mountain cheese.

It complements Braga style codfish perfectly.

Citrus colour. Young and fruity aroma.

Balanced, good acidity to kindle a beautiful aftertaste in the mouth.

10ºC | 12ºC

Crystal clear colour, citrus overtones, and deep flavour. A wine that brings to mind the beach and sun, and a lot of salt on the skin. A serious and austere vinho verde, but with aging potential, which will help to polish its strength.

Good on the nose, floral, some citrus. With a slight sting and exact acidity, long finish.

Do not hesitate to pair it with oysters, cold seafood cooked simply.

Beautiful for a late afternoon with some canned fish.

Sexy pink colour, exact acidity, fresh and round at the same time, wild strawberry and raspberry notes on the nose, good finish.

A definite choice for marinated fish, ceviche, and salads with fruit and toasts.

Imagine a cottage cheese salad with marinated salmon, raspberries and grapefruit peel shavings.
